I agree with you, the problem is it's no longer American when it's built in Mexico or the parts are made outside the USA. How many GM plants are closing in Mexico ? Mexico sure as hell isn't chipping in on the bailout money. I'll back any American company when they back the American worker. Why should I be loyal to an American company who isn't loyal to American workers ?

Or be a TRUE American and buy the best value for your money. Reward the company that makes the better product that fits your needs. If it's an American car, great. If it's not, vote with your wallet to force them to make a better product. There's nothing more American than that.

For the cost of a 2009 Altima, you could darned near have a three year old Lexus GS300 or an ES330, which are both infinitely better cars than the Datsun.

From what I understand, Toyota still builds a better car than Nissan, a trend that hasn't changed since the 1970s.
Well she still owes like 9,000 on the sebring so we will be added it to the loan after the trade in... I think were going to get The altima

I'd rather buy a car built in Alabama by a worker that is grateful to have a job and could get fired for screwing up than one that's built in Detroit by a worker that thinks their entitled to their job and can't be fired because the union protects them.
