I'm tough to really irk as far as customer service goes but these guys got me a little worked up.

I ordered a new convertible top motor and lift cylinder and fluid lines for my car from their online site.

I'll spare the details but the bottom line is they blew it on 4 separate occasions during this single order to keep me informed with problems from my order / to provide tracking numbers but each time they neglected to keep me in the loop (until I called them up again each time) or they said they'd email me tracking numbers and then didn't (until I called them up again each time).

All in all it took nearly 3 weeks from order placement to completion. And had I not called in my order never would have shipped at all (some credit card address issue, they didn't even call me they just put the order on hold forever).
