Default Production Numbers for Lemans 2DR Post

Hey Everyone,
I spent some time looking and can't seem to find a good source for production numbers data. I had my 69 Lemans 2DR Post at the Car Craft Summer Nationals this weekend and had a ton of people (including pontiac buffs) come up and ask me what it was... most hadn't seen one before. I'm just wondering exactly how unique this car is.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Thank,
Mark

It's around 7k. I've got a friend who has one also.

In my whole life time of running around buying Pontiacs and old parts car I think I have seen only (two) 1969 2-door Post cars!

There's one up here, I can't remember who but he's a PY member and runs it as a race car at the local track. He had it for sale last summer, don't know if he sold it.

Wow, thanks for all the replies and the numbers! Nice to know those big chunky door posts make my 69 pretty unique. Where did you find production statistics like that?

I'll make sure to post more pictures when I upload everything from Car Craft this weekend.

Those numbers came out of the Standard Catalog of American Cars 1946-1975.

Hey Kurt, that salvage yard looks familiar!

Wow... that salvage yard looks like pontiac heaven... is it in MN anywhere near the TC? I'd be up for an afternoon of picking over old ponchos...

Any details would be great!

Thanks again for those numbers!

Mark
