I need some help. I have a 1965 – 2 door post GTO with the PHS documentation that is disassembled with the body off the frame. The frame is done with all new poly bushings, shocks and springs. The frame has been sandblasted and coated with POR15 and then painted chassis black. Then I did a really stupid thing without first reading the posts on this site. I took the VIN and body tags off as I didn’t want to ruin them when I chemically stripped the body.
I have lost storage and a place to work on the car, so I will be selling everything. I will not put the tags back on which leaves the option of crushing the body for scrap or selling off the pieces for those doing a restoration. I replaced the floor pan and was in the process of doing the trunk. It needs wheelhouses (inside and out) and quarter panels. All the window channel, roof, door pillars, etc. are in very good shape. My question: what would be the best way to cut it up to sell the parts before I scrap the rest and please don’t tell me what a dumb move this was, I already know. Thanks for any help. |

SELL EVERYTHING AS IS
GIVE THE NEW OWNER THE TAGS AND THE PHS LET HIM PUT THEM BACK ON WHEN HE FINISHES THE CAR. DONT CUT UP THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POST CAR ARE PRETTY RARE!! THERE'S SOMEBODY OUT THERE THAT WILL BUY THE CAR. YOU DID A LOT TO THE CAR, AND WOULD BE ASHAME TO CUT IT UP SORRY YOU LOST YOUR PLACE TO WORK ON IT, I THINK YOUR A LITTLE PI$$ED OFF YOU LOST YOUR STORAGE. PUT IT FOR SALE IN PY, OR ON E-BAY. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE, AND PLENTY TO GAIN. GOOD LUCK |

please dont cut that up its a piece of history and can be rebuilt by someone
You can get the rivets for the tags or the new owner can try and sell as a complete car as possible
