The International Vehicle Appraiser's Network lists this fella for the Dallas area. There is a good chance he has used or knows of a good local company.

Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth, Abilene, Longview, Sherman, Waco, Denton, Wichita Falls, Tyler, Paris and NE Texas)

Also I know of a guy that lives here in Austin that is a car collector. I know he likes Pontiacs since he owns a Judge, '69 Trans Am and a few other Pontiacs. He uses my engine builder so I'll contact him and see if he uses someone locally. If so I'll contact you.
