Can someone give me a step by step procedure as to how to install window mouldings(bright work) around the front and rear glass? Please do it like you would to a small child or your wife
as, I don't want to screw this up if possible. Thanks in advance, Norm

are your windshield trim clips in place? if so, it's as simple as setting the trim in the correct position and gently pushing in on it at the outer edge of the trim until it slips past the retaining bend/cutout lip on the trim clip. There should be some plastic insert pieces in the backside of the trim itself. Those held the trim off the glass by a bit and are just placed at regular intervals. Install the corner pieces onto the top piece, then install the top piece first. only other tip is to be gentle, gentle gentle!

Both the clips and the moulings are still in bags from the suppiler
I'm not sure what you mean about the black pieces, these came with about a foot of some black plastic trim but no instructions indicating that I need to cut it up? Do I install the clips on the trim first at the same contact points the mounting studs are located on the car?Thx, Norm |

Install your clips onto the posts around the windshields first. The trim i have gathered up over the years has the black plastic pieces in lengths of 1 to 3 to 6 inches. Just set your trim around the windshield first to get an idea of where you'll want to put the plastic, and to make sure you have enough, then follow the previous post directions.
