This ought to be good for a few laughs. Maybe he'll use someone's blog as scientific evidence again. C'mon Bjorn, don't let us down!

wonder why?

ome climate change skeptics and bloggers claim the information shows scientists have overstated the case for global warming, and allege the documents contain proof that some researchers have attempted to manipulate data.
The furor over the leaked data comes weeks before the U.N. climate conference in Copenhagen, when 192 nations will seek to reach a binding treaty to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other heat-trapping greenhouse gases worldwide. Many officials — including U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon — regard the prospects of a pact being sealed at the meeting as bleak.
In one leaked e-mail, the research center's director, Phil Jones, writes to colleagues about graphs showing climate statistics over the last millennium. He alludes to a technique used by a fellow scientist to "hide the decline" in recent global temperatures. Some evidence appears to show a halt in a rise of global temperatures from about 1960, but is contradicted by other evidence which appears to show a rise in temperatures is continuing.

ok, so WHY do several places have time constrints on when you can use your lawn mower?
Because govts are not really interested in stopping pollution , they are just just out for power....

its cold here in Houston....for the time of year...I lit a fire in our fireplace last night..it was nice while the sun was out , but definitely not the typical Texas temperature....
the good thing is I may start making our Glögg earlier this year!

You're right. It's always funny when people are caught red handed with their hands in the cookie jar.

Just to make sure that you understand... I don't claim to know what is going to happen to our climate nor do I choose one side over the other. What I DO know is that your interpretation of the data is laughable and your determination in spewing BS all over this board is unparalleled and completely sophomoric.

Hardly unparalleled. There are plenty of people more determined than Bjorn to spew BS on this forum. I can think of one guy right off the top of my head.

You certainly are entitled to your opinion....but dont say that you KNOW.....its an opinion....just as mine is that you are wrong. I dont know it for a fact....if anybody knew for a fact, I think we would all know ,and there would be no discussion....well, Al Gore has said the discussion is over for a long time..obvioulsly he is wrong there too.

and thank you, you`re only as old as you think you are...obviously I`ve got many more years...lol

also....
its not MY interpretaion I share, its interpretations by people like climatologists, most who are not paid by gov`t funds to do their research...people that have a lot more eductation on the subject than you or I have.....so if you think thats sophomoric, you are entitled to that opinion, but still thats all it is....laugh all you want.....just dont lose sight of whats at stake....taxes.

and as I havent attacked your personality nor mental capacity, you are showing your true colors, as a typical libber...they try to make their opponents look stupid or to have a lower mental capacity, or ridicule them , but no facts....very enlightening....

so be it.

WTF? They were caught red handed as John stated, what's so laughable? I'm sure Mr Miller will hear something on CNN on how to spin this.

This goes deeper than just this one article. No spin needed, the facts are the facts. And you may want to read my post just above this one again to see that I'm not interested in the spin game. That's really my problem with this whole issue, some people are ONLY interested in the spin, not the facts. A quick read down this thread would indicate that.

So, another one that doesn't want to concern themselves with the facts. You'll fit in nicely with this bunch.

The facts are in the emails that they wrote, how can you spin that? It is in the information that they say they falsified, how can you spin that? These are their emails!
