Jack made a point, car does have alexan rear window but does have a full interior. head liner full factory carpet , stock front and rear side panels stock dash less heater assy. Kick panels and 1/2 inch plywood between the mini tubs to replace rear factory seats and foctory package shelf. With all thhat weight savings lets add programable 7 box, race pak and wireing three nos controllers a switch box and about 18 lbs of wireing nos gauges and lines etc. By the post I can kind of see whare this is headed. All the hoopla last year before norwalk and look what hapened. Were 3478 and on one system we could consistantly go 8.30s on 10.5s through the pipes and were happy with that. As like for some others 2010 will be alittle differnt story for us.

Jack when you were down MIR running 30's they car didn't have any interior in it. I could see the hole saw holes in the doors.
When did you get the interior put in the car? Good luck in 2010, hopefully I will be able to see what a race track looks like next year. |

Dude when you run the numbers the MPH is way off from the HP numbers you had on the dyno. So either the dyno you were on was stingy, you're throwing more than one plate at it, or the car is lighter than you say.

Only one time out and posted that. Before it became a clusterphucked post. LOL. Haven't really put it all down yet. Haven't had a chance to get out with my new combo only once. If I can get it all together and certain things turn around, I hope to have my Hydraulic roller combo into the 8's with pump gas compression & nitrous next year. But first Balls to the wall........ N/A. LOL.

All I'm saying is that something is not adding up. When I say "a plate" I figured I would be mis-spoken. I'm not up on all that NO2 stuff...plate this, jet that, one kit or three kits I can't keep that chit straight! LOL But the easiest and most accurate way to figure out how much HP someone is making is to use their MPH and weight. You're a smart man...you know that! That's why I said something wasn't adding up and listed those three factors. I can say with my car, that this is the most accurate way to see how much HP I'm making. You can't go by ET because I pull timing out off the hit. Not trying to pi$$ in your wheaties or nuttin', I'm just bored recovering from my surgery and had time to look into your post. As far as 75-80, I might try and go next year. Kinda hard to drive right past my home track (20 minutes away) and continue to drive another hour and a half. LOL
