Tesla, Warrant, Slayer, Ect. All great bands. I typed in "Hairbands" under a general search on you-tube, and came up with all kinds of great videos!!

I know it's a ballad, but check out "Fly to the angels"

iirc slaughter? i saw them at the arlington theatre just after the song was a hit. he said the song was tribute to a fallen friend NOT suicide that had been speculated. oh yeh a nice bra was thrown on stage which he hung from his guitar and played the rest of the show.

I've seen Shooting Star about a dozen times or so.

I was informed by 65wj that i had to post a video first. figured i get everyone's attention with that one. Just about everyone of the above mentioned songs I have records, yes records, those 12inch vinyl things that go on a record player, had to update that though, now its hooked up to the computer, love technology!!! The 80's have given us the greatest variety of music of any decade, and the advent of the music video has for ever changed how we percieved that song. I remember going to nightclubs that no longer had a band or DJ, they had turned their walls to giant video screens and played videos, and that is what you danced to. Greatest show hands down MTV's Head Bangers Ball!!, Didnt come on till midnight due to the scantily dressed females, but oh the days of parachute pants and long hair!! As to concerts I promised my brother I wouldn't hijack his thread, so I'll start a post on that topic. Keep them coming and I'll see what other obscure groups I can come up with like this one

I'm not a huge fan of Warrant but there's one of their better tracks.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx6f68Wd9dc

I'm seen them 4-5 times with other groups.
