At this point, it is just two 3/16" holes and one 1/4" hole. I guess I am thinking of cutting the 2" hole tonight and try them flush mounted, if that looks like crap also, then I can put the aluminum plate over the screw up, do the wrinke finish job, like my gauge panel and fasten it with some stainless socket head cap screws.......... I guess I wanted them mounted somewhat high and not under the dash since tweet's are somewhat directional.
