Default What exactly is he selling?

This guy sells junked, scrap cars on eBay. He shows several pictures of paperwork from martiauto.com describing the car production notes, then maybe one poorly taken picture of a clapped out shell of a car with no parts left on it. Check out his listings.

My guess is that what he is selling is the tags only. That is the only thing that he actually mentions in the ad. Tags only, no title!!!

I have some friends who farm in that town. They'll get a kick out of that.

Chopping 70% of the unibody away can't be a good idea. At least it's got the "kregor mags."

I'd love to see a picture of this one but am afraid:

1998 Ford Pontiac - $2500 (Beaverton)
1998 ford pontiac
This is a nice running car in good condition. I am selling because I now need to have room for two car seats. There are a few minor issues, however it is in really good shape for it's age. There was a hole in the oil pan which has been welded shut and will have to be removed to change the oil. There is also some driver front side body damage as well as a leak in the radiator. It has a T-top and 134,000 miles and is quite a looker. Please call or text me at (541) 301-4405 if you are interested. 2500 obo, no low ball calls please.

You keep using that word.. I dont think it means what you think
it means...

http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/4334450994.html

price- ok.. high but car looks good.. read description...

"This is a VERY ORIGINAL and UNMOLESTED CAR."
ok... ive heard that before...

"400ci motor with RAM AIR 3 camshaft and RARE factory headers"
Rare headers were original ? never knew that

"Paint is brand new .... It is called Expresso Brown Metallic.......
the original color of this car was Castillian Bronze"

original ? more..

"The following items are brand new on the car: Air conditioning unit,
mudflaps and interior carpet.....Additional gauges were added recently for you hot rodders out there"

"I have a brand new air conditioner condenser unit still fresh in the shrink wrap.
I also have all the Pontiac and Grand Prix metal emblems and stickers fresh in the plastic"

all emblems in plastic ? shouldnt the factory have put them on the car when it
was ORIGINALLY made ?

original = it doesnt mean what you think it means.....

John

John
Those "rare" factory cast iron headers are stealthily looking a lot like regular exhaust manifolds to me.

Seems to me cars that are described with the word "rare" are rarely anything special........
