Yeah, keeping something like that would definitely be terminal. Hopefully he gets rid of it before it's too late..................

So many questions - what did he make those "4 to 4" headers from? Did he ever think of bolting all that stuff in the trunk down rather than throwing it in?

How can someone screw the looks of cars these days so badly? Did they miss the "In good taste day" in auto shop class? I'd be embarrassed to stand anywhere near that thing.

"This car is fast... dragstrip ready needs a $7 dollar oil sending unit that im too busy and too lazy to put on... my oold lady wants this car gone and out of our yard. All summitt racing parts, bored over, slap shifter, dual overhead cam. Only considering trades for a croch rocket for the old lady..."

I think what he means by "dragstrip ready" is that if you can get it running, it might be able to go a quarter of a mile.

Do you suppose he's talking about a motorcycle when talks about a "crotch rocket for the old lady"?

X2 You Treed Me on this Epic ad!
All of the text "old lady this, old lady that" - could it be but another ploy to distract from the massive can opener hole in the roof?

I was thinking it means he would give you his girl friend in exchange for a motorcycle.

He put in all those Summitt racing parts or had them installed, and now he's too lazy to put in or pay someone to 'put on' a sending unit?
hmmmmm

"The gate code is 8640."

Free furniture (destin)

Free dining room table, chairs, and tv stand are at dumpsters at the Gulf Terrace Condos. Enter from Hwy 98 turn left after you enter through gate and follow to dead end where dumpsters are located. You will see the stuff sitting there. Its not glamorous furniture, but could be useful to someone that doesn't have any. The gate code is 8640. Do not contact the office, as this is a private posting.

Those "headers" are made from the flexible exhaust tubing that you can buy at any auto parts store to repair rusted through exhaust pipes. Thats hilarious.

you don't need a title for a car of that age in CT.

The rust bubbles on the trunk make it suspect. Vinyl top could also be a serious cancer case. A guy I know bought a 455 '72 GP from the original owner with a box of receipts that was just like this car except the rear window was rotted out. Ended up parting it out since no one wanted to buy it. He almost tripled his money on the parts from what he paid.

Not really. Ever tried to sell one of these cars to someone outside the Pontiac faithful? Good luck with interest or getting a decent price. Trying to find a buyer for a car that doesn't have the magic 3 letters on it or isn't a Trans Am is much harder than it would appear many times.
