air condition dash, radio missing, missing air cleaner,missing correct shifter, wing added, would like to see the documentation.

The chain steering wheel is a nice touch and the wing installed backwards must add extra downforce?

I suspect you're correct Greg.
My guess is that any water that gets in through the "sunroof" would drain out fairly quickly.
