It looks just like something that would typically be destroyed in a CHiPs freeway scene. For that, I would call it a survivor.

If it had a 429 in it (the 460 wasn't available in a 1969 LTD) it would be more interesting.

There were some Dodges also with Shaker Scoops added to the hoods, but yes most were Pontiac's

To the casual observer, this looks like a pretty fair deal. A great deal, if you like Chryslers and don't mind having a car that sticks out like a green thumb. I know nothing about the resale value of these cars but the paint job & wheels alone would probably add up to the asking price.
Don't know what the longevity record of those hemis are either. Maybe they're a 200K mile engine, maybe they're a time bomb after 150K....

Never seen that kit before. It's actually pretty well done. There are hints of a '70 Torino, a '71 Mustang, some B and E body Mopar, with a little Aussie Falcon thrown in.

I think that's actually a pretty nice looking custom. Very nice in fact. Maybe a little better looking than the original car in my opinion.

It would be cool yo know the back story on that car. Imagine if it was easy to make the panels- build modern pro touring style cars on 3rd gen bodies? Pretty cool idea. Modern-ish ac, handling and fuel injection.
