Interesting bumper trim on the front I have never seen, nor have I ever seen dealer installed side marker lights?

“Dealer installed,” but no mention on the posted original invoice.

Probably took it to the dealer sometime in its life (post 68) to have them installed.

I don't like the look. Of fender skirts but I would drive the wheels off of that beautiful car.

Hasn't been driven since 1987, but ran well when parked... I wonder if all the racing stickers and those hideous exhaust pipes made that 307 any faster?

But it has an epic "under glovebox" 8-track player!

With the very reasonable price those cars bring I might have to consider one in the future. The first car I ever rode in as a baby was a late 40's or mid 50's Pontiac, I'll have to ask my Dad. He did have it long enough for me to remember he had a hole in the floorboard to add trans fluid, I'm sure there is a story behind that I need to hear.

‘66 Safaris are pretty hard to come by. This one’s not too bad. Reasonable price too.

Pretty solid looking, especially for a north east car and the interior looks pretty good with no visible rips in seats or door panels and even the dash area is surprisingly intact.
