Looks like a single stage enamal was done at some point, with poor surface prep on the hood.

i looked at this car and its strange that the fender wells radiator support etc are totally void of any factory paint.

Yeah, like it sat in a desert without the hood or something. It doesn't even rate a good patina.

Seller posted more pics to the ad.

Looks like the trunk was full of water at one time. Looks like drivers fender inner structure is rusted out and so is the trunk lid.

Wish the car was a half hour from me... I'd go look at it... probably end up dragging it home.
