Default Windsor area Border help

Hello I'm looking for some windsor Area residents for a quick question for border crossing declaring items,,,,If I remember right coming off Church street ? coming there is the building for declaring items is this accesible off Church street or am I wrong....thanks for any help or info....Chris

Are you refering to Windsor or Detroit?

I always thought there was a building just beyond the customs gate, on either side (both U.S and Canada). You cross over, and that's the first thing you come to.
I don't know if you can declare items before you actually cross the bridge/tunnel.
Maybe it's changed since 2002. Last time I crossed Detroit/Windsor was 1995.

Seeking recovery of my stolen 1988 Buick LeSabre T-type. Primary summer driver & Road Trip car.
Garnet Red with 2007 PENDOT inspection stickers on windshield. Had minor damage to left rear quarter & bumper. Last three of VIN: 301
Could be being driven with altered VIN.
Bodywork on left rear quarter (near the tail light) would be a tip-off.
Last seen by a patrol officer doing a routine plate check in Gary, Indiana, August 31, 2009
(The thieves were driving, but my plate was clean.)
