Well, I didn't do much this week, either. Polished some more trim pieces and bought a part from a fellow PYer.

I worked on the vent window assemblies for 5 hours. I replaced the chrome dog leg and the rubber seals.
When I took the passenger side frame apart a dime fell out. It was a 1967! Probably put there when the car was built.
I also went to a swap meet yesterday and picked up a chrome air cleaner for $25.00. add that to the $60.00 I spent earlier and here are the latest totals.
I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.

Sorry for the late post but I just got home a little while ago. I temporarily installed the vent window assemblies to line up the front end and door glass. I spent 6 hours putting the vents together and installing them.
I will be in Kentucky next weekend so I will post the following week. I will update totals then.

You should have it all worked off just working on the car. Just don't add them to your total cost and you'll feel better. LOL

Well, I'm a bit leary of "Bay" seafood around here..... pollution. I've seen some of the crap that's running into the Rivers and Bay and it's not condusive to anyone's health. Most streams have signs up telling us not to eat anything taken from them. So trout fishing here is out for me.

And using Old Bay seasoning on any seafood is out for me too..... ruins it IMHO. Yeah, I tried it and almost barfed.

I reckon I should clarify my statement. I was referring to the Chesapeake Bay. I used to visit my family in Md. in the fall just to get fresh crab and shrimp. I made a HOG of myself. You just can't get good food like that down here!

Well, I have been busy with spring cleaning around the house and yard this week. The weather is finally warming up and the first thing I saw was the weeds in the flower beds so I spent most of the week working on them.
I got most of them done so hopefully I can spend some time on the car this week. There is not a whole lot more I can do until my work picks up. The builder I work for has two jobs in the planning stages but, if he broke ground tomorrow it would be 5-6 months before I got in to do my part.
I reckon I can go to work at Wal-Mart! They're always hiring greeters.
