If its a 1968 Bumper there is 2 holes in the Endura Bumper that the emblem fits thru and there is 2 pins on the back side of the emblem that will slide thru the holes and there should be 2 retainer nuts that will screw onto the end of the threaded pins. One thing to consider is a 1969 Endura bumper will fit a 1968 GTO/LeMans so if You happen to have a '69 style Endura bumper there won't be any holes there to mount an emblem.

There are no nuts that hold it. The shafts are threaded, but you basically push the emblem into endura for a snug fit. The nose has a larger hole neer the surface to fit the shouldered part of the emblem and the deeper part of the hole is 1/4". You can make a 69 nose into a 68 by drilling the holes. I usually put a little adhesive on the shafts since these old noses can be worn out! Scott
