I have been given 3 old satellite receivers from my mother. I don't know what to do with them. Don't know if they are still usable. Her system has been upgraded over the years and these were out in the shed where I keep my Can Am. I live in town and have cable. I have 1 - RCA DRD203RW and 2 - Phillips DSX5353R receivers. I also have 1 Direct TV card that was in one of the Phillips and two Access Card 4's. Can you still use these are have them activated by Dish or Direct? I have a hunting cabin in the boonies and since TV has gone to converter boxes can't get squat so was thinking of putting one out there.
If these are old junk what do you do to dispose of them? Kbars |

My Sat-dish outlasted the satellite (GE-4 aka AMC-4).
