Love the kids riding through the carwash. Is that a girl on the left? Look at all the skinned kees!

Imagine the lawsuits that would fly today if you sent kids through a car wash! What a different world we live in today.

I wonder how many photos have been posted multiple times in this thread?
The thread has gone on so long that it's totally understandable.... but just wonderin'... I remember the one with the kids in the carwash but it was several years ago. Someone even commented on the skinned knees.

I'd wager that these haven't been posted before.

I've never seen the middle one...but the Boomershine ones...I'd take that bet.
I've got both of them saved somewhere.
By the way Phil, I used your signature line on an Alachua County Deputy Sheriff on my way back from Tampa the other day. I think it got me off. He laughed and sent me on my way after checking me out. I ran a red light right in front of him!

Sorry guys in the level shot of the car it looked like a V-8 and a 59 or earlier because the engine has the old style cooling ( gusher reverse flow ) elbow on the front of the head. Also those engines ( V-8's) from 1960 and back to 58 are called the Tempest V-8 so please forgive me it was a honest mistake!

The guy in the background looks like Al Jardine of the Beach Boys.
Jack Benny and Bob Hope are in the hot rod.

I posted this pic in this thread a few years ago.. but the photo montage I got
it from showed up again on the Denver Post website so I saw it again.

a 65 Catalina thats taking a swim during the big Denver area flood event
back in 1976.. they were checking the car to make sure no bodies were in it..

Still makes me sad to see..

Looking at the pic this week makes me wonder just how many more classic Pontiacs bit
the dust during Harvey.. hopefully a good percentage got moved out in time before the
storm hit..
