Default Door window rollers, odd parts- sources?

I am trying to chase down the parts needed to get my 69 door window assemblies working right. Identifying parts and finding sources is proving to be a bit tricky, especially for the rollers. I don't want to pull it all apart before I think I have sources for all the parts, but I took some pics to help identify things. I really could use help from anyone that has been through this before.

It looks like there are three different types of rollers used. There are three rollers riveted to the window drive arms. The roller in the rear vertical guide is attached directly to the glass. The roller in the front vertical guide is attached to a block that rides in a short horizontal channel that is attached to the glass.

Drive rollers (first pic)- I need a new drive mechanism for the drivers side and these seem to be readily available. Are the riveted rollers usually included with new replacement drive mechanisms? Where can I get replacement rollers and how are replacements attached?

Rear roller (second pic)- I see these listed for sale online so shouldn't be a problem.

Front roller (third and fourth pic)- The roller on the passenger side is completely missing, although the block that it screws into is still in the horizontal guide. Is the roller assembly the same as used for the rear even though it attaches differently?

I also need the bracket that the door panel clips to at the rear of the passengers side, also missing. The fifth pic shows this bracket on the drivers side. If anyone has seen one of these for sale, or has a spare to sell, please let me know.

Thanks! Walt

Careful of the ones you buy. I had one missing on my 68. I looked high and low and could find the right roller size but not the right shoulder size on the bolt. I took a new one and machined it down, added some flats and tapped more thread to get it to work. The window would not adjust correctly until I machined it to match the existing passenger side one.

Bought two: Brand new out of the box and reworked below it.

That's exactly what I was hoping to avoid having to do!

Not sure whether any of the rollers are the same on 68's and 69's, especially since the mechanism was re-designed when the wing windows were eliminated.

I didn't have anything fancy when I did this. Just a drill, needle files and a die to tap the threads. Took some time but that was it.

I couldn't find the 69 main window rollers listed for sale by any of the regular suppliers but found some on e-bay with pictures that looked the same as mine. Took a chance and ordered some and they fit perfectly. Front and rear guides use the same rollers although they are mounted differently. This was a year ago so I don't remember who had them up for sale or whether the description even listed them for 69 GTO/Lemans.

These guys have a lot of A body parts that most GTO catalogs don't. The widow regulator rollers on page 48 of the Chevelle catalog matched my 68's exactly.

It has beeen a few years, but us f-body folk have serious issues with rollers as well, I found and had purchased the rollers straight from the dealer before finding them at other suppliers.

They all came the same way as pictured by roadbuster, and were not exactly the same mounts as our application either. The secret? Easy, you press the rollers off the new mount, and press them onto the old. Have been 12 years since I performed this on my two f-bodies with no problems.

Default Removing studs

This has been the most effective technique for me. The bushing shown here is for the inner balance rail on a f-body. Larger white one is similar. Just find a socket just large enough to rest on the bushing, and a screw or tool to press on the stud through the hole and throw it all in vise or press.

the result

Then just pop the guides onto your old pivot arms/studs.
