hmmmm, one wonders what led him to leave Wilson...

Nothing new, Wilson has had several employees leave on very good terms and go out to try it on their own. Some have returned to Wilson's Shop, some have not.
The "young kid" (Gaby (;>) has been with Wilson a LONG time. Time for him to see if he can really fly. Tom Vaught

Thats a dumb a$$ question.
Why would he want to make someone else rich when he can make himself rich?

Driving to Florida this week for vacation, gonna stop by his shop.
Lucky for the Pontiac Racers that he is on his own now. He will have more time to work on Pontiac motors now. |

Oh I have no problem with anyone trying it on their own, just wondering what he seen in the market place to leave since many racers are having it alot tougher in this economy and many no longer have the sponsership or extra $ they had for upgrades. I'm all for anyone trying to have their own business because working for other companies today is never a secure thing either. Believe me,I've worked at plenty of large and small companies to know thats no promise of next weeks paycheck!

Actually anyone leaving a companies is ONE"S own business and isn't for public knowledge. He doesn't need anyone's approval or justification. Yes he left on good terms and Him & Keith are friends.
If Gaby was out searching business I'm sure he would be posting all over the Internet. So what does that tell you. Kinda personal dude. But let it be known he has built quite a clientèle over the years with his knowledge, same as anyone does when they are one of the best in the Business. Same reason I went in business myself back in the mid 70's after years of supporting "The Boss". Passion fuels the Flame. Back to your regularly scheduled programming. ************************************************** ****************** |

I have been there and it's gonna be NIICCCEEE!!!!!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about Gaby. I hold extremely high regard for his knowledge and character both of which I have dealt with first hand.

New Shop.
I was at Gaby's shop between Christmas and New Year. It is not 100% complete yet but you can really see that he not only planned for an efficient shop but with the people he hired it seem to me that Customer Service is also a big part of his Business Plan.
Thank you for the many hours you spent with me and for your very kind hospitality. Good luck Gaby. Maurizio Campolucci, Stallion Motorsports. |
