Up for sale is my recently acquired 73 GTO, it was local to me and one ive always wanted one but reality is i have too many cars and not enough time to get to this one. Its an orig. Ascot Silver, Black top and interior, I thought it had the orig. motor but it is a Y4 code 400 with 4X heads all the date codes line up as it was built the 3rd week of Feb.although the vin on the block doesnt match, the carb is a 17057262, has a points dist and the PX code tranny, not sure if its posi or not, should have 3:23 being it has a/c. also has Am/Fm with 8 track. Car runs although the motor will need to be gone through from sitting since 87, needs brake work, master is leaking, though tranny does go into gear. Body will need some work as the lower fenders, quarters need patches, trunk floor is week and a few spots on the top from the vinal roof.Rear floor pans have a few spots also. Interior is in really decent shape. All of the 73 specific parts are in good cond., hood, grills rear window slats, both front and rear bumper fillers. This is definately a dooable car as the only thing missing is the air cleaner. Posting as many pics as i have but can take more of any areas needed.
