LOW-Alternator mounting indicates Manual Steering, to go with the non-AC stick.
I'd add the PS, and keep the original Manual stuff in a box.

Mallory Ignition Coil was a nice old- school upgrade. HEI would be equally refreshing.
Interior looked Lime-Green in the photo , then Tan in the video.
Interior looks nice.
