Default 1964 full size,disc conversion,sway bar

2 questions.
Do any of you know what I can use to convert the front of a 1964 G.P. to power disc brakes? I was told years ago to use 1969 to 1972 full size but those are imposible to find. Can I use anything else?
Also, is there a thicker front sway bar that will fit that car?
