Default What's with the cornering lights?

I never have saw this before on a 69 GTO, especially a RAIV car.
Say's it's matching numbers and lists the options and codes, but the cornering lights on the fenders is a new one on me.

It's a legit option, I've seen a few and even sold a set a few years back.

What did he say out of the way Cuz? Must be edited or something.
I didn't take what he said out of context. The 72' 442 is almost complete, probably have it ready for late summer, early fall. Chassis is complete and the body is in the paint shop.

The bad part is I have a 68' 442, 72 Supreme (loaded with options U-code 455 car) 68 Firebird and a 64 F-85 in line after it. I need to sell something.

Cornering lamps are one of my favorite options. Kern Osterstocks ( of H-O fame )Meridian Turquiose '68 GTO had them. as a kid with my paper route, I remember a Liberty blue '69 GTO with hideaways had them in my neighborhood. Once I bought my first GTO at 15 years old, a '69. I installed a set and they are still there.
If I remember correctly, Pete McCarthys '69 GTO Ram Air IV had them as well.

I sold it to another PY member- Steve Broyles, (65Topless) in Birmingham a few years ago. He loves it. (And so did I.)

I actually like cornering lights too. I installed a set of Olds 98 cornering lights on a 1972 Nova SS I once owned complete with the correct turn signal switch. They looked factory and back then I probably had the only Chevy with them.
