Default Help with part interchangability

I received some of the parts from the guy I purchased/guy who is painting, my 73 Brewster car. The rear headlight capsule panel has some deep pitting and would rather replace than use. Is this 1973 only?

anyone have a pair to sell me?

The one in the pic has clip on adjusters/aiming screws. They also came with riveted on adjusters/aiming screws. I've seen both on the same year (70) Could be a factory thing, or simply whatever supplier they used at the time.
