I have looked around here some but didn't find what I was looking for.
I am going to need the brake springs,clips, and adjusters. The shoes
I can send out to get relined.
Does anyone here have some places they would recommend for the hardware?

Whats wrong with the old hardware?? Some stuff is available from www.rockauto.com Dont know of a complete kit available anywhere. I have lots of pieces. What do you need?

The stock 4 wheel skinny drum brakes on those old 61-63s are not up to today's standards. If you ever get into a panic stop situation you most likely will NOT be able to stop in time. If you have the wheels and drums off now would be a good time to convert over to at least front discs. Makes the car a lot more fun to drive too!

I got my clips from In-line Tube at the Englishtown swapmeet. The sales rep told me they have a lot of the parts for the 61-3 Tempest since they supplied most of the parts to the famous eBay SD Tempest.

As for drum brakes, I have them on both my 62 Tempests and they stop the car just fine. Make sure you have them adjusted properly. I did switch over to a dual res master cyl.

Thanks guys, I was wanting to replace all springs, adjusters and shoes.
I think the drums will be fine for what the owner is doing with it, just didn't
want a 44 year old spring come back on me.

I think the dual reservoir will be a good idea.

I used brake spring kits on my 63 from a 64 A car. Same diameter but wider shoes ... worked out fine.
