Is that a 2x4 inside the scoop? And by 2x4 I mean a block of wood not 2 4bbl carbs. What's with the bird facing the wrong direction?

1. A kid in high school metal shop class
2. TV re-runs of monster garage,
3. Some scrap diamond plate from a fire engine
4. A poor unsuspecting T/A

On second look (I know, I know look away!)
I'm supprised he left the dash bezel alone, and did not cut the hood!
Might be worth saving is the major stuff is not boogered with....Hummm

Must be like riding in a BBQ grill in the summer, I ditched my aluminum
hurst shift knob cause it burned in the summer!

I cant believe someone would take out the matching 400 and throw in a 79 403.... ( nothing wrong with a 403, just figured you'd rebuild the original one) But then again this is the same guy that took a sheet of diamond plate and covered his car in it like it was trying to be the next Mad Max star...

Did anyone get a look at the front plate? It explains everything. And the VW with the flowers all over it next to the TA is probably his every day car.
