how do i attain the privilage of getting the option of selecting a avatar?

Every member can select an avatar.
Go into your User Control panel (click on 'User CP' in the upper red border), then on the right side click on 'Edit Avatar'. You can either select one from our avatar collection, link to an image on the 'net or download one from your computer. |
