pistons .020 over
Just got back from the motor shop. Told me crank is great and just needs polishing however there is very minor where on the walls and tells me he wants to go either .20 or .030 over. Do they sell .020 over pistons? Where is the best place to buy them? I also need new standard size crank and cam bearings.

What size motor are we talking about here?
My first concern for going with a given size over bore would be if I could get file fit rings in that size. Standard size bearings can be had from anybody who can order bearings.

Myself I would go thirty over, common overbore and rings are readily available. Plus thirty over would insure a better cleanup of the cylinders.

We carry .020 over 455. I had them made as 455 blocks are getting scarce and hard to come by. With .020 over you have a whole nother build down the line. And possibly will run cooler. http://www.pacificperformanceracing....-bearings.html
