It may run but how do you drive it with the passenger side brake drum assembly missing?

It's not my car (forgot to mention that...) but at a guess, you would take a known good drum, hub and brake parts, stick 'em on, bleed the brakes, and drive it away? Or maybe trailer it?

It depends on how long it has been apart, but knowing what I know now, I'd trailer it home. Unless it is only a few miles away.
