Default 67 firebird with camaro quarters

I bought a 67 firebird body that has had some sheet metal work done and when they replaced the quarters the used camaro quarters so it doesn't have the simulated vents. My question is how much will this hurt the resale? I have some firebird quarter skins I'm not going to use, should I go through the trouble of grafting the vents in or just not worry about it?

That's a good question. I wish I knew the answer. I want to know too.

Friends don't let Chevy owners work on Pontiacs

Was the sheet metal work done correctly? If it was put the vents in. If it wasn't, it doesn't matter they already hurt the resale value.

If you are looking to sell a Firebird then I would replace the vents. My Firebird had NOS Camaro quarters installed, but the vents were replaced. I did prefer the GM sheet metal being on the car.
