Default A sad event for Metal Heads: A Metallica & Lou Reed duet

Prepare to puke, have a trash can handy...and this from one of my all time favorite bands

What the hell was THAT???

4,000 likes and 12,000 dislikes. I guess the fans have spoken.

Metallica was done when they did that ridiculous S&M album over 10 years ago. Jason knew it was time to go. Metallica has been lost ever since.

BINGO! X2... Mike

Bummer. I saw them on the top of the world back in the 90's when I won a contest from Molsen Ice. They rocked and soon after....... didn't. LOL

Remember the Movie "Get Him To The Greek"?

Metallica has just recorded their "African Child" with this gem.

Did you see the album cover art? Is that a vagina on her shoulder?

that was hilarious! Thanks for posting that.

IMO, the black album was the beginning of the end - Bob Rock (producer) ruined the once-great band by trying to make them into a rock-n-roll band.

I was okay with the black album, the last album of theirs I bought was Load and I haven't played it in many years. You're right, they tried to go main stream and lost their core as a metal band

Thats how I see it too. Black was alright but it all went to crap after that.
