Default Right Stuff Detailing: Good guys

Im not sure if this is the right place for this or not but anyhow....I just wanted to put a positive note up for Right Stuff Detailing.

I ordered a 4 wheel power disc kit from a 3rd party vendor and i got sent some of the wrong brackets. I was sent the chevy 12 bolt brackets when i should have gotten moser 9" with chevy ends. I talked to one of the gentlemen on the phone, he told me that my order was written down wrong and they would take care of it. Within 10 minutes I had the right parts coming with a prepaid UPS tag for sending back the wrong parts at their expense. They didn't ask for a credit card to "hold" money until the new parts arrived or anything. They just made it right. I ordered a 4 wheel, stock style, power disc kit with powder coated calipers, SS braided caliper lines, and the pre bent brakes lines. So far everything iv'e installed has fell into place.

I would highly recommend them just based on their customer service alone.

Yea...they are good guys to deal with. I bought some brand x spindles from a place in Chicago and sent them back when I saw the Right Stuff spindles. Much better quality.

Thumbs up

i bought several parts from them (lines, hoses, spindles, backing plates etc) when i put frt discs on my 66 Lemans, got sent a few wrong parts, all it took was a phone call to get it straighten out, and they told me to keep the extra parts i didn't order.
