Thumbs up 62 GP on NOVA PBS program

“The Fabric of the Cosmos - The Illusion of Time” (2011) part 2 of 4

Physicist Brian Greene’s discussion of time used an illustration of a vehicle driving down a dirt road at night. Toward the segment end I recognized the roof profile and the white interior with a GP emblem on the door panel.

Later it becomes obvious; although a night time video, that this is a quad headlight; white bodied 1962 Grand Prix with white seats and door panels used for this segment. It is towards the end of part 2. 52.52 total video length (click link below to view) at approximately 48 minutes into the segment part 2.

It defines our lives, but what is time really? Have a look into its true nature

Note: I took some quick photos of the paused video…sorry for the poor quality, but you will enjoy the HD version on the show.

Pretty cool that they use the GP accelerating down the road with the audio text: “…Astronomers found the expansion of the Universe is not slowing down but accelerating…” then showing the rapidly accelerating GP speedometer.
