Default 1968 Tempest Custom Wagon Project Car

1968 Tempest Custom wagon project car for sale. $2500.00
No engine or transmission, it was a 350 2 bbl w/a 2 speed trans. This car does have rust in the lower fenders, rocker panels, rear wheel lips & lower 1/4s. Floor pans & rear cargo area are solid. All the doors are solid & rust free, all the glass is good & the electric rear window works. Dash pad & gauge cluster w/clock is mint, shows only 81k miles and looks legit. The body has many small dings & chips but overall is very straight. Still has the original faded, scratched, chipped Vedoro Green paint on the car except for the left 1/4 & left rear door, those look to have been replaced years ago probably from an accident. I removed the rocker chrome to show the rust behind & then put them back on.

There are not too many 68 Tempest wagons left & this one is worth bringing back to life again, I just have too many projects going on right now. This car has been setting since 2000 so you should count on going thru the brakes. Included with the sale are R & L inner/outer rockers & the front portion of the rear wheel lips cut from a rust free Texas 4 door car. Will post a pic of the spare rockers tomorrow.

Pictures tell the most, if you have any questions please pm me.

Yes, clear NC title in my name.

Radiator is fairly new w/a perfect fan shroud. Single exhaust system good, driveshaft included.
