i for one wont be competing for the 2m post since i cant use it,and since i obviously cant be trusted to give it to a person that could use it.ive always thought i was a very honest person but apparently others know me better than i do myself

Just my 02, but I think it would be neater to hide the number when you get real close, like 1000 posts or so. That way it doesn't become a "post eBay" with people posting away and tap-dancing on the "refresh" button to see if they hit the target.
