I don't ride, but I am into vintage twin shock dirt bikes, and have owned a '73 Suzuki TS-185, a '78 Maico Magnum-400, a Yamaha PW-50 (for my son), and currently own a few Indians from that era, including this one, a '77 MI-175.

I sold this one just a couple of years ago. Bought it not running with some missing parts and brought it back to life over the winter. I wasn't using it much so I put it up for sale. It is a '72 Triumph TR/6C.
![]() Before that one I did the same thing with a '71 BSA Lightning. ![]() And here is an old picture of the '85 TR/6R that I bought right out of high school.

My father had a '72 BSA 650-Lightning when I was a kid...would like to have one just like it someday just for nostalgia reasons.

Wow , some way cool bikes . Especially the vintage stuff.
I never owned a bike growing up , my son now 12 yrs old, has been riding since he was 5. I ended up getting a dirt bike two years ago and have been learning to ride motocross (at 43 yrs old) It isn't as easy as it looks . My hats off to Mr. Navarro... Here is my sons KX85 For a small bike , it rips pretty good .

Just bought this motorcycle this year. It's been 35 years since my last bike. Looking forward to the nice weather in the spring so I can get it and the convertible cruis'n on the road.

I've had a bunch of bikes over the years, but here are pictures of the two Harleys. The first is a 1991 Sportster 883 deluxe in Vivid Yellow (actually orange) and the second is a 1997 Fat Boy in Patriot Red Pearl.

I have one of those, a '71.
It was a true barn find, it had been parked for probably 30 years or more. The motor was seized so that was a bunch of work to fix, but cosmetically it's about 90% original and just needed a lot of cleaning. Your TS50 looks real clean. |

An old picture 1965 Norton N15CS. Could not get it started last year. Maybe this year. Trying to kick it over is a bummer.

thats it, i still remember like yesterday when i bought it. just a few days later i had a wreck on it that put me in the hospital. my dad was a home builder and owned like 4 lots side by side and my buddies and i made a track on them. a neighbor that hated the fact that we rode our motorcycles on it, dug a big hole in the night and covered it with weeds and dirt. when i went over it, the front tire hit the other side of it propelling me several feet and i hit my head on a big rock. it cracked a bell helmet down the middle. lucky i didnt break my neck. i remember the police talking to the guy but with no proof nothing ever happened legally. i do remember he put his house up for sale and moved right after that.
