I agree there were some 1 bbl sprints made, but they were X-body cars with Chevy OHV-6's in the 73-75 time frame. Would need to check the numbers on that car to see if it is a sprint. By the look of the sheet metal screws around the Sprint Emblem on the rocker trim, I would guess someone "ADDED" the Sprint emblem to a Base 1bbl car.

Jeff, I kinda like the 48 Olds Streamliner you posted, I am glad it is 1500+ miles away from me, I am not tempted to go look at it. MUST stay focused on finishing my 77 Astre, then the 71 Lemans Wagon........ Concentrate!!!!!!! Must Stay Focused!!!!!!!

Ad says Rusty 66 OHC-6 Tempest Wagon, this is a rare beast as wagons base engine was the 326 V-8, had to option down to the OHC-6 engine 1bbl or 4bbl. No pic's $1800 FL

What is a running OHC engine worth these days? Not the sprint - just a 2bbl?

Really Chris,Im surprised at you....

1 bbl OHC-6s are worth $150 up depending on condition and location.
i.e. guy 50 miles away needs one,its worth more than the guy thats 2K away.
they will never command the $$ that the rare parts do.

Don't remember seeing this one before, 66 Red Tempest 4-door, in Western Mass. looks ok, but I think asking a bit much for a car he states Doesn't Run.
