Default 1963 SUPERDUTY 9771980 HEADS

for sale, one pair of complete 980 SD heads. fully machined, ported to RAIV intake specs, with pushrod tubes installed. they have only have a few runs on them, and are ready to bolt on.

isky pushrod guides, screw in studs, crane gold 1.65 rockers that are clearanced to fit, and ridgeway rocker arm stud girdles come with the deal...

there is over $4500 in machining costs and parts on these puppies. everything has been sorted for you, and they are ready to go. a pair of the nicest ones you will find in todays world.........

$4000 takes them home.

no clue on shipping costs, will have to calculate, but i can ship them fedex or ups from my work no problem. local pickup accepted......

What are the inserts in the coolant passages on one of the heads for?

that was done by the previous owner. my guess is maybe some type of water jacket repair/sealing? looks like braze, there was no ill effect on cooling, so i left it as is.
