I don't think I would have the heart to part it out. It took me 4 years to finally cut up a a rusty 4-door. We have plenty parts out here that don't sell locally as it is. I don't have connections or experience shipping large items. Thank you for the thought though.

Not sure if it's for sale, but here's a 62 you Washington guys might want to follow up on (that is if it's not already known to you guys). A buddy of mine saw it this morning. IIt's at Fastenal in Pasco, Washington. there's no engine, but it's a stick car. That's all he could tell me. Looks pretty rough, so may be a parts car.

I kind of like the looks of that just the way it is! (Stick-shift too!)
But, ouch - that tow strap looks like it didn't do the bumper any good.

By the way he didn't care about the rear bumper........he's probably willing to deal on it. How hard is it to get a car into the states from Canada?..........Ive heard its near impossible. I once looked at bringing a Toyota 4 runner diesel into the states but US regulations would not allow it. That was because it was a diesel though.

After I posted I did a little research on importing vehicles. Anything older than 25 years is somewhat easy. You need bill of sale, title, vin plate on car that matches title. If its less than 25 years than you have to file paperwork with the EPA, FHWA and US customs. Vehicle must meet all US emissions and safety specifications for year produced.

If you need the parts yourself. No labor/time/storage money there if selling the parts.

I need a few odds and ends for my project. I have place to store. I could pick at it as needed. I just emailed him to see if its auto or manual.
