It was the 1980s. It's always been notorious. Especially on the St Pete end. "Is somebody driving that car? I don't see anything but a white furry headrest."

In this case, they are going after your insurance so your insurance company should defend you if it needs to.

Both times it was Arizonians, one parked so close my wife couldn't open the passengers door. The butthead was standing next to his truck and I made a comment thanks for parking so close we can't get in the car, his reply "the car wasn't there when I parked there", how the hell did she get out then moron?
Next time 3 way stop in a parking lot, I stop let the car go already sitting there, he starts to pull through, spikes the brakes for no apparent reason and then pulls through the intersection and flips me off ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?

Well maybe you should ask the jerks attorney if you told the idiot in the Camaro to do what he did. Some of the worst places I've ever drove was Detroit, Atlanta, Columbus, Ohio, and Charlotte. Cleveland was no picnic either. To many idiots on the road these days, had a jerk pull out in front of me Thursday and for about a minute parked his truck across the road. Happens way to much everywhere these days. I think the prize in the Cracker Jack box these days is a license for people to get on the road and be stupid.

your fault?
Seems everything needs to be assigned responsibility to someone else's insurance. What a country. Pop the hood on the Tempest and say "Racecar? Really?" Point out the odometer as well while you're at it. |

The interstate in Detroit is a racetrack, but the city wasn't bad when I was there. Tampa had decent drivers but the traffic is horrible.
