Default Adding Cornering Light

Hello,

My 76 GP has cornering lights. Unfortunately I must replace a damaged left front fender, and I have a hard time finding a fender with cornering light.

What is the chance I could successfully remove the cornering light from the old fender and have it installed on a fender that originally didn't have any cornering light?

Would such a modification be "identical" to an original installation, or is there some difference between these fenders that will not be easy to copy?

Thanks for any advice.

/Hans

I have no idea what the subtle differences between the parts you speak of.

But, I have sectioned one part off off another and made out look like the original.
