Might have a chance at a power antenna setup from a 69 Bonneville. How close is it to a 68 GTO?

not even close..the bonnie is bigger/longer..people cut them down to convert to GTO..but i havent heard of any one doing it lately..
the escutcheon..or chrome thingy on the 1/4 panel is different, the adapter, under the 1/4 panel is different..the tube the mast is in is different, its longer by inches compared to the GTO, the l bracket is longer on the bonnie...the motor is the same, the mast is longer on a bonnie..i have the part numbers somewhere..the switch kinda works, and so does the wire harness and antenna lead, if roll a foot up and hide it under the seat...so i dunno, i guess you could rig it in there...i guess...ive had and sold 100+ antennas..i used to buy the Bonnies, and have Bill Merrick convert them for me thru a friend that owned a GTO resto shop..

Yeah thats usually how it works but since you had to say that I dont need it that bad it was for another car in the pipeline maybe 2 to 3 years before I get to it and I am sure I will come across one by then.
