Fan Shroud issues with 4-1/2 inch pump
I am considering converting over to an 11 bolt timing cover and pump for my 66 GTO. I seem to have found everything thing I need but, since the water pump is 1/2 inch longer, won't the clutch fan be 1/2 inch closer to the radiator? What about the fan shroud? Has anyone done this before?

Have a 11 bolt timing cover with pump installed. Also have a Rodney Red rad. With a 66 or 65 fan shroud. Have no ill effects and no over heating issue. It also has a 19.5" fan.
All with no A/C.
