My dad has a '55 Chief and has vintage Texas plates to put on it. The car has no bracket for the front license plate. Does anyone know what was used? Is there a source now?
Any pictures or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

This is the one of my 55, there's a couple rubber washers in between the grill where this mounts. No reproduction is available that I know of.

Try contacting member Steve Barcak, he has a large Pontiac yard with some early cars.
