Have you tried the dealer for the strip? I know the one's for my old '74 TA was still available there just a few short years ago.

Thanks! Enjoyed every bit of the restoration. Cost about $1,000.00 for every year we've owned it, but by far the best money I ever spent on any car. - *(& certainly let me know if you find an impact strip!).

No luck finding any NOS strips anywhere. Will probably have to buy another car to get one, but sooner or later I'll get one.

eric, just curious, but how does one's "forum name" connect them with an account number? I thought the forums and PY member numbers were separate? There is no link between my screen name and member number that I am aware of?

That's the hardest part. It's not easy, but one way is through email...so make sure your email is up to date with PY!!
