When a competitor has a similar item priced less expensively and price is matched for one customer, is that price match passed on to every one that orders in the future?

It all depends on the situation. Also depends on who the competitor is, whether it is a major Pontiac competitor or some random internet place. We also look at quality, is it the same manufacturer, same quality. If it is a major Pontiac competitor and he is selling the same quality part then we would adjust our selling price to reflect this for future customer orders. Ed |
